Please note that by using FuturesDownloader you are accepting the conditions of the Software License and Disclaimer of Warranty given below.
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY
1. Once registered, the user is granted a nonexclusive license to use FuturesDownloader on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. The registered FuturesDownloader software may not be rented or leased.
2. Use of the data
You are allowed to use the data for private purposed only. You may not offer the data, or any part thereof, for sale, rent, license or commercial redistribution in raw or bulk form.
3. Payment Terms
The credit card which you provide will automatically and immediately be billed for the Services you subscribe to. All currency references are in US dollars. If you cancel your Services you will no longer be billed but no money already paid will be refunded. If your credit card is invalid for any reason, Trading-Tools.com has the right to terminate the Services immediately.
4. Termination
You may terminate your use of the Services at any time. Already paid will be refunded.
You agree that Trading-Tools.com may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to or suspend your use of the Services. Cause for such termination, limitation of access or suspension will include, but not be limited to: (a) breach by you of these Terms of Use or other incorporated terms or policies; (b) non-payment of any fees owed by you in connection with use of the Services; or (c) malicious actions that damage or could damage the integrity of the Website, the Services or the Database. Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions will be made in Trading-Tools.com’s sole discretion and Trading-Tools.com will not be liable to you or any third party with respect thereto.
If Trading-Tools.com terminates your use of the Services without cause, Trading-Tools.com will provide you with a pro rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees for the Services for the period after the date of termination.
5. FuturesDownloader is distributed "AS IS". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. You assume responsibility for selecting the software to achieve your intended results, and for the installation of, use of, and results obtained from the software. The author will not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software and/or any kind of data derived.
6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
7. Trading-Tools.com reserves the right to change the price for the program or any service without prior notice. Trading-Tools.com does not refund the purchases of shareware programs which have trial period.
8. FuturesDownloader relies on data providers of financial data. Trading-Tools.com cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the data providers.
9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove FuturesDownloader files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
